JUDGEMENT on RATEABLE VALUATION (APPEAL COURT DECISION)
PEOPLES HOMES PROVE NOT SUCH A SOUND BET FOR BANKSTERS …
Some of you (our readers and listeners), will perhaps already have read the
most recent “Appeal Court” Decision (28th. July 2016), on the issue of
Peoples Homes, NOT BEING RATEABLE and therefore: NO Circuit Court, past or
present had/have Jurisdiction to hear ANY case for repossession, based upon
We are in the throes of Critically Reading the Judgement, but on the face
of it, it may be a good thing. We have already spotted some issues with
it, and the way the respecive Judge worded the Judgemnet.
In summary: This will lead to a whole plethora of Judgement Reviews,
Appeals, Recusal of Certain Judges, Possible Writs of Error, and all things
being equal a possible massive financial problem for Financial Institutions
and Banks etc. It has the potential of grinding the High Court to a
permanent stand still (if played to its FULL potential, by the People).
Of course, the Judge in this Appeal inferred that this would lead to more
cost for Litigants (Defendants) … this is to infer that the Judge gives a
s*ite about Litigants … which you can make up your own mind about.
A FULLER and more Critical analysis of the Judgement will follow soon …
and perhaps we will cover this specific issue on The CLS Talks also.
We appreciate it, if you our readers and listeners could/would pass this
email on to all your friends and family … ask them to go to

links and information as they go out.
